DCX is hiring a Home Based AP/AR Accounting Assistant to work full-time under a 3-month contingent contract with potential for a longer-term position in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a related accounting degree, 3+ years of experience, and expert QuickBooks skills, plus proficiency with Excel and Office Suite.

Qualifications

Related bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience
Very proficient with Excel
Has a growth mindset and ongoing training
Loves business development and numbers
Capable of researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems

Responsibilities

Enter invoices into Syncore or QuickBooks
Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow
Invoice clients upon order completion
Make collection contacts on a routine basis
Issue past-due notices and statements
Assist with year-end financial statements
Ensure accurate posting of transactions
