Job summary

Hireframe is seeking an AP/AR Accountant to support both accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows in a hybrid environment. You will process vendor invoices, customer billing, payment posting, and reconciliations across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, the AP Clerk, and the Controller to ensure accuracy, maintain cash flow, and support month-end reporting. 1–3 years of related experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in AP, AR, or general accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Generate and send customer invoices for services and recurring agreements.
• Apply customer payments and reconcile daily cash receipts.
• Assist with AP and AR reconciliations for month-end close.
• Support cross-department collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Purchasing.
