Qualifications

• Related bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with QuickBooks and back-office processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter all invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.
• Invoice clients upon order completion and pursue collections.
• Issue past-due notices and statements; assist year-end statements.
• Ensure accurate posting of transactions; support executives.
