Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy for major platform partnerships. You will own the analytics portfolio, size growth opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact across customer experience, growth, risk, and profitability.

You will lead cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue, mentoring analysts and building scalable data models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product/risk decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit risk, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Tackle ambiguous problems by designing actionable experiments to validate product-market fit.
