Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack within the POS Analytics team to drive growth partnerships, size opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact.

You will collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing to build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows, while mentoring analysts and advancing analytics practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, with statistical analysis and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area, defining success and measuring impact across customer experience, growth, risk, and profitability.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into narratives and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Build scalable data models, metrics, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
