Affirm in the United States is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack for the POS Analytics team to drive growth strategies with platform partners. You will shape product and investment decisions, size opportunities, and measure impact across customer experience, growth, risk, and profitability.

You will collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing, combining problem-solving with a general manager mindset, and lead through influence without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product or risk decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including experimental design and A/B testing.
• Strong product and credit risk judgment with growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical leaders.
• Experience using AI-powered tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Mentor analysts and build reusable analytics practices.
