Job summary

VIAVI Solutions is seeking a Solution Consultant to support and enable sales of the AMS portfolio across EMEA, with focus on Benelux and Southern Africa. You will work with PLM & SME teams to design the best technical solution and present it to customers, including demonstrations and written documentation.

You will collaborate with Account Directors to define sales strategy and drive bookings for the portfolio, travelling about 40% and delivering training to Sales/Channel Partners.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-level pre-sales technical support to EMEA customers for VIAVI AMS portfolio.
• Serve as main technical contact for DT and A1 groups for deployed systems.
• Present product/technology demos at roadshows, seminars and webinars.
• Train Sales/Channel Partners on product knowledge and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support and customer engagement for VIAVI AMS portfolio in EMEA.
• Develop and present technical solutions in response to customer requirements.
• Create technical documentation for projects and coordinate with Sales on strategy.
• Drive bookings and sales growth for the AMS portfolio in the region.
• Travel approximately 40% to meet clients and conduct training.
