VIAVI Solutions is seeking a Solution Consultant to enable sales for the AMS portfolio across EMEA, with a focus on Geolocation Intelligence, Core Network Monitoring, Service Assurance, OSS and AIOps. The role will be based in the Belgium/Netherlands region and requires substantial travel to support customers and channel partners.

You will present and demo solutions, write technical documentation, and work closely with PLM, R&D, and Sales to define the best technical solution for VIAVI customer

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering pre-sales technical support to customers in complex network environments.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to engage customers and drive opportunities to closure.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of time across EMEA.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-level pre-sales technical support for VIAVI AMS portfolio in EMEA.
• Lead product and technology presentations at local roadshows, seminars and webinars.
• Collaborate with PLM, SME and Sales to define optimal technical solutions for customers.
• Create technical documentation and responses to customer requirements.
• Act as main technical contact for DT and A1 groups for deployed systems.
