Mackinnon Bruce International seeks a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to own the Americas region in a fully remote, field-based role. You will drive new business, convert inbound leads, and expand our imaging footprint, coordinating with global teams across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Reporting to the global VP of Sales, you will lead with technical clarity, navigate complex sales cycles, and travel about 25% (domestic and occasional international) while building a strong pipeline in life

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Physics, Business, or similar
• 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience in scientific instrumentation or microscopy
• Proven pipeline management and strategic prospecting experience
• Ability to work remotely within the US and travel ~25% of the time (domestic and international)

Aufgaben

• Execute structured prospecting and lead generation to build and close a robust pipeline in Life Sciences.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations onsite with clients and partners.
• Represent the company at key industry conferences, trade shows and client meetings across the region.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to expand outreach and drive account growth.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and report market intelligence on microscopy trends and competitors.
• Manage field travel across the Americas (about 25%), with occasional international trips to headquarters.
