Job summary

Velotic is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager, Americas, to lead day-to-day total rewards administration across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to ensure compliant, consistent programs aligned with the company philosophy.

The role reports into Total Rewards and involves overseeing benefits, compensation planning, and governance with vendors, HRIS, and Finance. Remote in the US, preference for EST/CST time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of compensation/benefits experience.
• Experience administering US benefits programs and multi-country programs in the Americas.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits programs across US/Canada/Mexico.
• Liaise with carriers, brokers, and vendors; manage relationships.
• Support annual merit and compensation planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audits.
• Partner with HRBPs on total rewards matters.
