Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to own and scale the Americas compensation, benefits and equity programs across the US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico. You will partner with the global team to ensure competitive pay, robust benefits and compliant stock plans.

You will design, benchmark and manage cycles, collaborate with People Ops, Finance and Legal, and drive global projects from design through implementation in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in total rewards across the Americas.
• Experience owning or building a complete Total Rewards program.
• Experience designing benefits programs and managing plan renewals, including broker and insurance carrier negotiations.
• Strong compensation analytics capability including benchmarking, ranges, geographies and cycles.
• Experience communicating compensation decisions with senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas Total Rewards program across US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico with end-to-end responsibility for compensation, benefits and equity.
• Lead compensation planning, benchmarking and pay decisions, including salary structures and geographic differentials.
• Design benefits programs and lead renewals, broker negotiations and transition projects with local People Operations partners.
• Partner with global Total Rewards on stock plan administration (RSUs, ISOs, ESPP) and governance.
• Lead global/regional Total Rewards projects, including IPO-readiness, scoping and implementation.
• Use market data and financial modeling to inform decisions and communicate insights to leaders.
