Job summary

Velotic is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Americas to oversee day-to-day total rewards programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This remote, U.S.-based role reports to the Director of Global Total Rewards and partners with HRBPs and leaders to ensure compliant, consistent programs.

You will manage benefits administration, merit/bonus planning, and advisory support while ensuring regulatory compliance across three countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• CCP, CBP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation/benefits administration across the Americas.
• Experience administering US benefits; Canada/Mexico preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end benefits administration across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Coordinate with benefits carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators; manage vendor relationships.
• Respond to escalated inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, enrollment, and plan provisions.
• Partner with Finance and Payroll for accurate deductions and reconcililiations.
• Lead annual open enrollment and collaborate with brokers for plan renewals.
• Support merit and compensation planning and Workday configuration.
• Advise HRBPs on total rewards for key talent actions.
• Ensure total rewards programs comply with US/Canada/Mexico regulations.
