Qualifications
8+ years HR experience with 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits in a complex international environment.
Knowledge of Americas compensation laws and regulations.
Experience with market intelligence providers/platforms.
Responsibilities
Support regional rewards review cycle including analytics and reporting.
Conduct compensation data analysis and highlight conclusions.
Develop materials and participate in global total rewards projects.
Lead compensation structures build-up and annual refresh.
Research trends in global compensation and benchmark practices.
