Job summary

Velotic Software is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Americas to lead day-to-day administration of total rewards across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role reports to the Director, Global Total Rewards and serves as the go-to advisor for HRBPs and leaders on compensation and benefits matters.

You will own benefits program administration, vendor management, and year-end compensation cycles, ensuring compliance and alignment with the company’s total rewards philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• CCP, CBP, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation/benefits experience across the Americas.
• Hands-on US benefits administration experience; Canada/Mexico preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex total rewards concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer US, Canada, and Mexico benefits programs end-to-end.
• Liaise with carriers, brokers, and vendors; manage relationships.
• Support annual merit and compensation planning; configure Workday tasks.
• Advise HRBPs on total rewards implications for talent actions.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and local laws.
