Job summary

Momentive is seeking a globally focused compensation leader to own the Americas compensation programs and advise senior leaders on market practices. This hands-on role will design base and variable pay, run benchmarking, and shape strategies to attract and retain talent across multiple markets.

You will partner with HR partners, finance, and legal to deliver competitive total rewards, manage mobility and rewards initiatives, and support executive compensation planning and related committees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years in compensation and benefits.
• Experience interfacing within a Global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to execute against competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Experience influencing Senior Leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation consultation and service delivery to leadership in the Americas.
• Assist in developing and implementing programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead salary planning and annual incentive program initiatives.
• Conduct benchmarking and survey analysis for compensation programs.
• Develop attraction and retention strategies for dynamic markets.
• Lead Executive Compensation Salary Surveys and related analytics.
• Create Compensation Committee materials.
• Oversee mobility relationships and international assignments.
• Manage mobility experiences and cost estimates.
• Monitor mobility metrics and program spending for leadership.
• Oversee global rewards program management and budgeting.
• Support relocation processes and tax equalization for Korea travelers.
