Job summary

Fragomen's Global Rewards team leads compensation and benefits worldwide to attract, retain and motivate talent. The Compensation Senior Manager, Americas will own the regional strategy, governance and execution across the USA, Canada, Mexico and other Americas offices.

Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, this role designs base pay and incentives, develops market benchmarks, oversees job architecture and ensures compliance while balancing global consistency with local flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or another analytical field.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with executive-level partnership across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in job architecture, benchmarking, salary structure design and pay-for-performance.
• Experience with major job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer IPE, WTW Global Grading, or Korn Ferry Hay.
• Ability to design governance, processes, tools, and operating models in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong project management and the ability to balance strategy with operational detail and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience advising executives on sensitive compensation matters and translating data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Fragomen's global compensation philosophy.
• Deploy and steward compensation philosophy in the Americas with local flexibility.
• Lead design, administration, and communication of base and variable pay programs.
• Own global job architecture and career framework linking leveling, data, and pay decisions.
• Lead regional incentive programs including annual bonus and sales incentives.
• Oversee the global annual compensation cycle end-to-end across merit, promotions, and bonuses.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, modelling and cost reconciliation.
• Develop and deliver training to build regional compensation capability.
