Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a focused Business Development professional with an emphasis on capture to support Airborne ISR programs. You will lead opportunity reviews, craft win themes, and coordinate with program managers, operations, pricing, and technical teams to develop compliant, compelling proposals.

Travel up to 50% and remote working options are available, with a clear path to influence program strategy and grow the P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in Airborne ISR capture or BD.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance.
• Experience with capture workflows, FAR-based content, and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities reviews and win-theme development for Airborne ISR programs.
• Coordinate with PMs, Ops, Pricing to pursue and craft compliant bids.
• Manage assigned P&L opportunities and support proposal timelines.
• Develop external engagement plans and capture strategies.
