Job summary

Technology Service Corporation Defense Services is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional focused on capture in Airborne ISR products and services. You will coordinate with Operations, Program, and Pricing teams to identify, pursue, and win critical awards, while cultivating external partnerships and leading proposals.

The role requires 5+ years in Airborne ISR with government or industry, US citizenship, and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related professional experience in Airborne ISR solutions with government or industry.
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Formal certification or training in business development or capture.
Experience identifying and engaging prospective customers and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Gain understanding of P&L vision, strategies, and technical focus areas within six months.
Develop subject matter expertise in Airborne ISR products and services.
Lead hunt for new opportunities and manage assigned proposals to win.
Produce and refine marketing material, white papers, and presentations for decision makers.
Develop Operations-focused Concepts of Operations using Airborne ISR capabilities.
Manage opportunity pipelines and coordinate with program and division managers.
