Job summary

TSC is seeking a Business Development professional focused on Airborne ISR Products & Services to drive market assessment, forecasting opportunities, capture management, and proposal writing. The BD will collaborate with Operations, Program Management, Technical Resources, and Pricing to pursue critical path awards aligned to the P&L plan.

Travel up to 50% with remote options available. Responsibilities include leading proposals, developing win themes, and building partnerships with government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Airborne ISR solutions, products or services with government or industry.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Formal certification/training in relevant business development or capture knowledge areas.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of P&L vision, mission and strategies within six months.
• Develop subject matter expertise in AISR products and services.
• Lead the hunt for new opportunities and identify prospective customers.
• Lead proposal activities and develop win themes to influence decisions.
• Develop and retain government and industry partnerships.
