Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air (drones and counter-drone solutions) to drive complex engagements with law enforcement across a multi-state Northeast territory. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor and work with the sales team to expand Air as a core offering.

This role offers autonomy and cross-functional influence to scale a high-priority public-safety initiative. You’ll develop account strategies, forecast activity, and maintain relationships while traveling roughly 60% within the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Highly proficient MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willing to travel 60%+ within your territory.
• Strong understanding of drones, cloud and virtualization technology.
• End-to-end sales process experience from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell into domestic law enforcement.
• Partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
• Leverage alerts, RFPs, and other sources to generate leads and opportunities.
• Be customer centric and build a contact network within accounts to drive satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Forecast, update management of accounts, track competitor activity, and inform marketing.
