Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a senior AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead - Remote. You will redesign complex workflows, define human-AI collaboration, and produce implementation-ready artifacts that guide architecture and delivery.

As a design partner to leadership, you will drive enterprise patterns, reusable assets, and governance across multiple teams, with a focus on AI-enabled workflow transformation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems or service design, workflow transformation, or product management.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, agents, automation and decision support.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business problems into future-state systems and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across business units.
• Define human-AI interaction and governance within workflows.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts (blueprints, maps, handoff models).
• Partner with business leaders to translate goals into actionable systems design.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams and drive decisions.
• Support design assurance checkpoints to maintain intent across delivery.
