Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead for a remote role in the United States. You will partner with business and technology teams to redesign complex workflows, translate business needs into actionable AI-enabled designs, and lead enterprise systems design practices.

You will drive discovery, define how people and AI collaborate, and create design artifacts, patterns, and governance required to deliver outcomes across multi-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems design, service design, or design strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-unit engagements.
• Ability to translate business problems into future-state systems.
• Strong AI understanding including AI-enabled workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across the organization.
• Partner with business leaders to understand goals, pain points and opportunities for workflow redesign.
• Define end-to-end systems of work connecting people, AI, processes, data and governance.
• Create implementation-ready artifacts and patterns for enterprise reuse.
• Influence architecture and delivery by surfacing cross-system requirements early.
