Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a senior AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead for a remote role in the United States. You will redesign complex workflows, define how people and AI collaborate, and produce implementation-ready systems and patterns across enterprise functions.

You will partner with business leaders, BRMs, Architecture, Data, Engineering, and Governance to translate strategic goals into actionable system-of-work designs, ensuring value, governance, and reuse across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking and workflow design with evidence translating problems into future-state systems.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements across businesses, systems, or platforms.
• Strong AI fluency including practical knowledge of generative AI and AI-enabled workflow patterns.
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across cross-functional teams.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and define AI-enabled task division.
• Create implementation-ready artifacts and surface cross-system requirements early.
• Partner with business leaders and architecture teams to align outcomes with enterprise standards.
• Facilitate senior-level workshops and translate business needs into clear design concepts.
