Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead for a remote US-wide role. You will partner with business and technology teams to redesign complex workflows, define how people and AI work together, and create implementable designs that scale across the enterprise.

You will lead discovery, specify AI-enabled workflow patterns, and produce artifacts that guide architecture and delivery while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency and experience with generative AI, agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into coherent future-state systems and artifacts.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across teams.
• Define how humans and AI collaborate, identifying automation and augmentation opportunities.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts and blueprints for complex workflows.
• Translate business needs into system-of-work requirements without prescribing architecture.
• Partner with business leaders and architecture to influence delivery and standards.
• Drive reuse and pattern development for enterprise systems design.
