Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead to drive redesign of complex workflows and AI-ready systems, working remotely. The role partners with business and technology teams to shape how humans and AI collaborate, define design artifacts, and establish repeatable enterprise design practices.

You will lead discovery, run workshops, and translate outcomes into actionable patterns, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, and workflow/process transformation.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, service design, and workflow design with experience translating complex problems into future-state systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated multi-functional engagements across multiple business units and platforms.
• Strong AI fluency including practical knowledge of generative AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.
• Experience facilitating senior-level and multi-functional workshops with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across multiple teams and functions.
• Define how people and AI collaborate; translate business needs into implementation-ready designs.
• Develop end-to-end systems design artifacts connecting people, processes, data, and AI.
• Coordinate with business leaders and IT to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and delivery.
• Create reusable enterprise design patterns, methods, and templates.
