Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead to reimagine how workers and AI collaborate across complex processes. This remote role supports teams nationwide, guiding discovery, design, and implementation of end-to-end systems of work with AI-enabled capabilities.

You'll lead multi-functional workshops, translate business needs into implementable designs, and help shape CSAA's enterprise design practices while ensuring value, governance, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency and knowledge of AI-enabled workflow patterns.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across teams.
