Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead to reimagine enterprise workflows and design AI-ready systems of work. This remote role partners with business and technology teams, guiding discovery to implementation with reusable design artifacts and cross-functional alignment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in systems/service/workflow design, strong facilitation, and a proven track record across large programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, digital transformation, product/service innovation, management consulting, or product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across business and technology teams.
• Design human-in-the-loop approaches and define AI-enabled workflow patterns.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts that guide cross-system delivery.
• Partner with executives to translate business goals into actionable system-of-work requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and multi-functional sessions to align stakeholders.
