CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a senior AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead for a remote role in the United States. The role partners with business and technology to redesign complex workflows, create AI-ready systems, and lead discovery and implementation-ready designs.

You will drive enterprise systems design practices, collaborate with Architecture, Data, Engineering, and Governance, and shape reusable patterns across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, agents, automation, and decision support.
• Ability to move between front-stage and backstage systems and translate needs into artifacts.
• Experience facilitating senior-level and multi-functional workshops.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across teams and processes.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and define AI-enabled patterns and controls.
• Create implementation-ready systems design artifacts visible to stakeholders.
• Synchronize business intent with technology delivery across divisions and governance teams.
• Develop reusable enterprise patterns and contribute to enterprise assets.
