It leads discovery, defines how people and AI collaborate, and translates business needs into implementation-ready designs. The candidate will design end-to-end systems of work, facilitate multi-functional workshops, and ensure designs reflect business value and operational realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in systems design, service design, or related field.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI and automation.
• Ability to translate complex problems into future-state systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design.
• Design human-in-the-loop approaches for AI-enabled workflows.
• Create implementation-ready artifacts and blueprints.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Define success measures for major engagements.
• Help establish repeatable enterprise patterns and reusable assets.
