Job summary

Outlier is hiring evaluators to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and comparing outputs. Work remotely on your own schedule and earn up to $15 per hour with weekly payments and performance incentives.

You’ll assess image and video pairs, identify discrepancies, and explain what looked off in writing. This role helps improve AI systems while offering flexible, remote work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
• Evaluating image/video pairs and labeling AI artifacts and motion issues.
