Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, flexible-hours role where you review AI-generated media by conducting live conversations with AI voice models and comparing outputs for prompt adherence. You’ll rank and describe how natural and clear exchanges are, focusing on accuracy and quality.

The work supports advancing AI systems in practical settings. You’ll evaluate images, videos, and audio, writing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English detailing observations.
