Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs to determine which follows prompts better, and provide written explanations of issues observed.

Work remotely with flexible hours and weekly pay, earning up to $15 USD per hour. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with sharp attention to detail and the ability to articulate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze conversations and media.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, misalignment, or audio-visual mismatches and explain findings in writing.
