Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve. Earn up to $15/hr, with weekly pay and flexible hours. You will identify issues such as distorted features, flickering, or misaligned audio and document clear explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and useful outputs are.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing clear explanations in English.
