Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible-hours position reviewing AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain your judgments in writing.

Pay is up to $15 per hour, with incentives based on project needs, location, and expertise. This freelance role is conducted on the Outlier platform, with payments made weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing scenarios conversationally.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
