Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and hold live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, rate how well they follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked off, all from home on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include live conversations, ranking outputs, and writing precise explanations in English. The role is remote with flexible hours and compensation up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
