Job summary

Outlier is inviting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours and earn up to $15 per hour on a 1099 contract. Payments are paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, with access to leading LLMs and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening and reading.
• Ability to explain observations concisely and clearly.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Degree or higher preferred but not required for all projects.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely and explaining issues in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations.
