Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to interact with AI voice models and evaluate AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will score conversations, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off with precise, written reasoning.

The role offers fully remote work, flexible hours, and pay of up to $15 per hour plus additional incentives. Applicants from multiple countries can participate, with payments issued weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review text and media closely.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English for each evaluated exchange.
