Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Flexible hours and remote work enable you to work from home or while traveling.

Pay is up to $15 per hour with weekly payments and additional incentives. Applicants can work from multiple countries and contribute to improving AI systems through careful, evidence-based reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard and rating each output across dimensions.
