Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a fully remote location. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges, then explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images/videos, inspecting outputs for issues, and rating results across adherence, quality, and realism. Earn up to hourly rates with incentives, in a flexible, remote setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above (nice to have).
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining through reasoning in conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text/audio misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations in English.
