SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education and adoption of enterprise AI for a national law firm. Design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and create digital learning content focused on Harvey and foundation models like Claude/OpenAI.

You will collaborate with the firm's training team, develop comprehensive materials, manage Absorb LMS modules, and advise on responsible AI practices, data privacy, and ethics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement or consulting.
• Experience training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Experience with Harvey AI or in a legal environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Create training materials, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver live virtual sessions and ILT on legal workflows.
• Publish learning modules in Absorb LMS and monitor usage.
• Train on Harvey AI and foundation models; ensure responsible AI practices.
