Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a mid–senior AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead AI education and adoption for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live training, and author digital content for attorneys, partners, and executives.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok, ensure responsible AI use, and collaborate with the firm's training team to build scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or tech consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of generative AI basics: prompts, context, tokens, validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering LMS platforms like Absorb LMS.
• Excellent live virtual training delivery to professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Develop training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver live and virtual instruction focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish learning modules in Absorb LMS and coordinate with the training team.
