SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live virtual sessions, author digital content, and guide legal professionals on effective and responsible AI usage, with a focus on Harvey and other platform models.

The role requires 4+ years in technical training or consulting and a strong background in prompt engineering, LMS, and executive training.

Formación

4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
Experience training on Harvey AI or in a legal environment preferred.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, and token optimization.
Experience building learning content and administering courses in LMS systems.
Strong live virtual training delivery to professional audiences.
U.S. citizenship or green card holder in approved states.

Responsabilidades

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for legal staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and prompt libraries.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
Provide coaching on prompt engineering and foundation models for attorneys and partners.
Ensure governance and responsible AI usage across the firm.
