Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and author digital content for attorneys, partners, and executive staff, focusing on practical workflows across Harvey and foundation models like Claude and OpenAI.

You will guide responsible AI use, establish SOPs, and collaborate with the central training team to drive adoption across enterprise AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives including curriculum design for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Deliver live virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows and productivity.
• Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS and maintain prompt libraries.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management.
