SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and staff on responsible AI usage and practical workflows involving Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

Responsibilities include developing tailored learning paths, creating modules, and publishing content in Absorb LMS; plus training on prompt engineering, context window

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal environment as an AI or legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb or similar).
• Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder residing in an approved state.

Responsabilidades

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and maintain course catalogs.
• Roll out and drive adoption for Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms.
