Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and governance for enterprise AI at a national law firm. This remote role focuses on Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok, and Absorb LMS.

You design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, author learning content, and coach attorneys and staff on practical AI workflows, prompt engineering, and responsible usage to improve productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training or enablement.
• 1+ year training enterprise AI tools.
• Experience in a law firm or legal tech environment preferred.
• Understanding of generative AI basics: prompts, context, tokens, output validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish modules within Absorb LMS.
• Drive rollout and user adoption of Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context windows, and token management.
• Educate on governance, confidentiality, and ethical AI use.
• Track attendance and platform usage to refine training strategies.
