Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.

The role focuses on practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and enterprise models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok).

Qualifications

4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools or gen AI workflows.
Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or similar legal tech.
Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, prompts, context, tokens, validation.
Experience creating LMS content and managing courses (e.g., Absorb LMS).
Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident in approved states.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows and productivity.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey AI and other enterprise models.
Provide coaching on prompt engineering, token management, and context window awareness.
Educate employees on responsible AI practices, confidentiality, and data privacy.
