Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant for a national law firm. Design curriculum, deliver live training, author digital content, and guide lawyers and executives in responsible AI usage, with emphasis on practical workflows and enterprise AI platforms.

You will lead adoption for Harvey and other models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), develop learning modules in Absorb LMS, and partner with the firm's training team to drive measurable outcomes with confidentiality and

Qualifications

4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
1+ year dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal tech environment as AI consultant.
Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics including prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
US citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, developing tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
Deliver engaging virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and track adoption and feedback.
