SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual training, author digital learning content, and guide professionals on responsible AI usage across Harvey, Claude, and OpenAI platforms.

You will collaborate with the central training team, publish modules in Absorb LMS, and drive adoption of enterprise AI workflows for attorneys, partners, and executive

Competenze

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• ≥1 year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm as AI/legal tech consultant.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI: prompts, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.
