Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a mid–senior AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education across a national law firm. The role focuses on Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, and Grok platforms, delivering practical workflows and responsible AI guidance.

You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual training, and publish modules in Absorb LMS, enabling attorneys, partners, and staff to adopt AI safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal environment as AI or legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in one of the approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick references, prompts libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish modules in Absorb LMS and manage rollout for Harvey and other platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management.
• Promote responsible AI practices and data privacy guidelines.
