Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide legal professionals on responsible AI usage.

Focus on practical workflow adoption across platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok) while partnering with the firm's training team to publish modules in Absorb LMS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm as an AI consultant.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training focused on legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Provide coaching on prompt engineering and foundation models.
• Support governance and responsible AI practices across the firm.
